MOVIE RATINGS
Film Classification in the Northwest Territories
All movies shown in public theatres in the Northwest Territories are rated to give you the information you need to make informed viewing choices for yourself and your family.
The Northwest Territories has now adopted the same rating system for movies that is already used for home videos. The new ratings give you more information about a film's content and more control over what movies your children can watch.
The Northwest Territories movie ratings are explained above.
